I had a rogue alarm system just out of warranty. Ryan came as scheduled, identified the problem and repaired the sensors in one trip. No double mileage and double times. It’s really good to know there is someone local who is reliable, trustworthy and knows what he is doing.

I had the opportunity to meet Ryan who helped me set up a new security system (replacing my old one) at my home. Ryan was super professional, provided great recommendations, and was quick with setting everything up. Pricing was competitive too. After market service has been great too. Ryan will be my go-to for all security system issues/concerns!

My alarm system was installed when the house was built but we were given no documentation or access codes for it. I searched for a local firm to come out to reset the alarm. Ryan responded promptly and was able to reset the alarm even though it was totally locked up. He also noticed that the battery had passed its use by date and was able to replace it immediately. His charges were very reasonable and I found him easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone needing a friendly and efficient alarm technician.

We contacted RYCO Alarms to install some CCTV in our office. Ryan was professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. The installation was quick and clean and when he had finished the installation Ryan took the time to show us how to use the system both on the monitor and from the app in our phones.

This is a local business on the hibiscus coast. Ryan was very personable, knowledgeable and set up the security system himself. The alarm itself was high tech but practical. Which means people with varying technological understandings can easily use it. Ryan ensures to explain everything clearly, also does all the assessments on the property and recommends what would be best for your property. He did not add on anything extra, even dissuaded me from adding on things he did not feel would be practical to protect my home. I feel much more secure in my own house, and leaving my home as well. He even informed us of a section that had rotting wood in our home so we could fix it before it became worse. He really went above and beyond. Thank you Ryan for coming in on the weekend and setting it up for us.
